By accessing, registering for, or using the nextspin platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and nextspin management ("Company").

nextspin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.

Calculation examples:

Additional conditions relating to nextspin bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Committing any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.
• Distributing or uploading content containing malware, viruses, or code that could damage nextspin's systems or other users.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or nextspin customer support staff.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

All content available on the nextspin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of nextspin or its content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nextspin.

nextspin's brand, logos, and trade names are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

nextspin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms in this document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Requirements to comply with regulatory obligations or directions from relevant authorities.
• The user's own request to close the account.

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting nextspin customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all outstanding wagering requirements have been met, subject to the applicable verification requirements.

The nextspin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nextspin makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

nextspin is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of user data or information due to technical failures beyond nextspin's control.

Gambling involves financial risk. Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Only bet with money you can afford to lose.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which nextspin is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to use the arbitration process established by the relevant licensing authority.
